A paralegal for nearly 15 years, Maude assists the team with corporate and commercial transactions. She participates in corporate due diligence, the drafting and implementation of corporate documentation related to the closing of commercial transactions, and corporate reorganizations.
In 2010, she chose law for the versatility of this constantly evolving field. She appreciates the diversity of legal issues she faces and the opportunity to tackle new challenges every day. She chose the firm in 2015 for its team spirit and the prospect of further developing her expertise through qualified mentors.
