Her experience

Yuliya has been a lawyer in commercial and corporate law since 2009. She assists lawyers, among other things, in due diligence in corporate matters. She is also involved in transactions involving the purchase/sale of shares and assets, as well as in corporate restructuring.

Her role

Before settling in Canada, Yuliya was a lawyer, a business co-director, and completed three university degrees. In Canada, she discovered a passion for the intricacies of Canadian commercial law and worked as a paralegal for Me d'Amours for several years. In 2023, she chose our firm for her open-mindedness and flexible working hours, as well as for the friendly relationships and professionalism of the team.
